3. If Stripe is still processing the payment, wait for confirmation and check again.

Request a refund

Your purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of purchase with your purchase email and payment date. No reason or proof of improvement is needed, regardless of how much you have used DinkTank. We refund the full amount paid to your original payment method, and your paid access ends when refunded.

Billing help

For a missing unlock, duplicate charge or refund request, contact DinkTank. Include your purchase email and payment date. Never send card numbers, passwords or sign-in codes.
